Propping Open Wooden Fire Door Hold Open 1 Hour Fire Rated Propping Open Wood Door
The propping open fire door is generally composed of a door leaf, a door frame, a door closer, a sealing strip and a release device.
Automatic Control Principle is as following:
Propping open fire door is controlled by a fire door release switch, which is usually mounted on a wall or on a self-made bracket with the height from the ground about 1.4m. Normally control module of the fire control center or FMK controller outputs power of DC24V to electromagnetic door holder to keep the fire door open. In case of fire, the smoke or the temperature detector transmits the detected signal to the control switch to make it powered off. By double leaf door the left and right door are closed one after another by delayed power failure. At the same time the closing signal is sent to control center. The propping open fire door must be manually reset, and the fire door status signal will be fed back to the fire control room after reset.

The door leaf consists of fire -retardant Chinese fir skeleton inside of which environment friendly pertile fire board is filled,and decorative layer with fire panel. The reasonable structure makes the whole door withstand high temperatures up to 1000 ℃. The decorative surface adopts melamine veneer, which has high compressive strength and scratch resistance and can adapt to the harsh construction environment. Optional decorative surface can achieve better decoration effect.
The door frame adopts the composite structure of fire retardant Chinese fir and fire board, and adds a layer of fire board with thickness up to 8mm on the face of wood to meet the fire. The decorative style can be customized according to the needs of users. All the contact parts of door frame and door leaf are equipped with fireproof and smoke resistant expansion sealing strips, which can expand at critical time to prevent deadly smoke from passing through.
Main Technical Performance
1. Fire Resistance Rating: Grade A is 1.5h, Grade B is 1.0h, and Grade C is 0.5h.
2. Sound Insulation: It has good sound insulation effect, and the sound insulation index of Grade C products is RW ≥ 23dB.
3. Decorative: Electrostatic powder spray on surface, beautiful and durable, available in a variety of colors to choose.
