Do you know the installation requirements of ZOWOR fire doors?

1. There are two types of fire doors: wooden and steel. The finished fire door must have certain fire performance, and the manufacturer of the fire door needs to hold a production license approved by the public security department.

All metal components used on fire doors are welded by arc welding technology. There shouldn't be any flaws like unmelted pores, cracks and burn-through at the weld joint. The straightness after the steel skeleton is made should conform to the regulations. The finished fire door products shall have a factory certificate and meet the design requirements on the drawings.

2. The fire door should be installed on the same horizontal line with the wall surface in the opening direction of the door leaf.

3. The installation of wooden fire door frames and leaves is the same as the installation of ordinary wooden doors.

4. The size of the fire door should be about 20mm smaller than the size of the installation hole. The door frame should be firmly connected to the wall, and the gap should be filled with heat-resistant materials. Expansion bolts should be used for the connection between the fire door and the wall. If the wall is made of wooden bricks, there must be a fireproof dispose of those wooden bricks. And the fire door must be installed with a door closer.
