From December 8th to December 11th, 2017, under the leadership of Chairman Mr. Yan and General Manager Mr. Ma, Zhongwo Team and some of her excellent distributors from all over China flied to Osaka,Japan to visit Toyota,Donggong and Tanaka Steel Window Co., Ltd. During the visit tour Zhongwo team and her distributors went into their factories and made fruitful exchages with their administrations.
They visited the intelligent, automated production line at Toyota. The entire assembly line looks orderly and the scene is shocking. In the high-tech era, through the increasingly perfect artificial intelligence, the mode of combining man and machine has been realized, which has greatly improved production efficiency. In recent years, Zhongwo has continuously introduced new equipment, paying attention to the proficiency training of each worker. Zhongwo adopted a humanized management mode, under which workers can personally scan the QR code to transfer wages. With these measures Zhongwo equipped intelligence with the first-line production, thus providing convenience for workers.
In Tanaka Steel Window Co.,Ltd.Zhongwo and her distributors learned that they not only payed attention to product quality, but also enhanced the taste and enjoyment of the products. For example, many fire doors of Tanaka can be hidden in the wall before closed. They are integrated in the wall decoration style, which is beautiful and exquisite. It solves the problem that fire door bodies are exposed outside and are unsightly.
Donggong Jalousie Factory was formerly known as Donggong Roller Shutter Door Factory. Due to the mismatch between the uniformity of product and the diversified market demand, Donggong's R&D team introduced new technology and developed new products after the market research, which made great success and led to replacement of old roller shutter doors by the current jalousies.
Zhongwo and Donggong Jalousie Factory have exchanged in all aspects from organizational structure, shareholding distribution, employee incentives over employee turnover rate, balance between production and sales, to quality control and R&D investment, etc. The total number of employees of Donggong Jalousie is 173, which is basically a quarter of Zhongwo. In contrast to their small total number of employees(173,which is basically a quarter of Zhongwo) their technical research and development team has 20 people, accounting for 12% of the total number of employees.
Zhongwo also constantly visits and learns all over the world, looking for “materials”, learning “techniques” and introducing “machines”. Zhongwo fire door has introduced more advanced technologies, achieved a qualitative breakthrough from door shaping to environmental protection technology in fire door production. The introduction of ecological doors and smart locks enables Zhongwo fire doors to meet the diversified needs of the market.
Through this study and exchange tour Zhongwo has learned a lot about advanced management style, production mode and also realized the significance of technical innovation. All members of Zhongwo team felt it as a fruitful and meaningful experience in Japan.
