Zhongwo BS Steel Fire Door

Zhongwo fire science and technology Co., Ltd was founded in 1995 as a manufacturer of all kinds of fire doors such as wooden fire door, steel wooden fire door and steel fire doors. Over 24 years it has been developed into a fire doors manufacturing, selling and installing groups. Nowadays it has already built 3 factories, two in Zhengzhou city and one in Shangqiu city which is 200km far away from Zhengzhou. Daily production can reach 1000 sets steel fire doors.
 
Zhongwo BS steel fire doors are all tested and certified according to BS476:22 and EN1634:1. We can provide BS certificates for steel fire doors of different fire ratings up to 120mins.
By 120mins we mean our steel fire doors can keep both its insulation and integrity up to 120mins.
 
Zhongwo BS steel fire doors consist of steel door leaves and steel frames. Door leaf structure can be split into 53mm thick magnesium oxide fire door core board and 0.8mm galvanized steel face sheets on both sides. Between fireproof board and fire door core board we brush fireproof glues, so does it between door core board and gal. Steel sheet. Thickness of door leaf is 55mm. Moreover there is also one astragal made from 0.8mm gal. Steel to cover the gap between door leaf and door frame. On the inside of astragal we also paste smoke intumescent to prevent spread of smoke and flame. The size of astragal is 25X2mm on the active leaf and 40X10mm on the inactive leaf of double doors.
 
Door frame is knock-down frame made of 1.2mm thick galvanized steel sheet. The frame by us is divided into 4 parts for standard doors, but for fire exit doors only into 3 parts without bottom thresholds. Frame depth is about 105mm. And the frame is normally installed in masonry wall. In order to keep its decoration performance we weld lock covers on the lock side of frame which makes the whole doorsets more beautiful and harmonious.
 
We finish door leaf and frame normally with powder coating, as options we provide you prime painting, UV painting or heat transfer printing.
As far as the color of doors we provide white,cream,beige, gray, dark gray, frosted orange as standard, to be customized we also have any other colors for your choice.
 
 
                             
 

 
Hardware:
 
Generally our quotation will cover the cost for fireproof locks, hinges, bolts and closers. It won’t be extra fees unless you also demand others such as panic bars, door selectors and so on.
Besides, we can also transfer you all test reports and certificates of hardware.
 
Accessories

We paste around the door leaf perimeter fireproof expand smoke intumuscent which can stop flames and smoke from spreading through gaps between door leaf and frame. The sizes of intumescent stripes are normally FPJ-B-25X2mm and FPJ-B-20X2mm.
Other than smoke intumuscent we also customize door handles, push plates, door stoppers and others for you.
 
Vision Panels
 
We manufacture also BS steel fire doors with vision panels. All of vision panels are made from heat insulated fireproof glass. As standard the size of vision panels by us is 203.2 X 608.6 X 32mm. To make sure the vision panel can be installed in the door leaf firmly, we add one steel skeleton specially around the vision holes which is made from 1.5mm thick gal. Steel sheet. As glass strip we use 0.8mm thick gal. Steel sheet.
 
Sizes
To make it clear for you, when we ask customers about door sizes, we mean normally structural opening sizes or overall frame sizes.
By us standard size for single leaf door is 1200(W) X 2400(H)mm, for double swing door is 2100(W) X 2400(H). The actual manufacturing sizes will be 1180(W) X 2380(H)mm for single door and 2080(W) X 2380(H)mm for double doors.
