We performance fire test to regulations such as NFPA252, CAN/ ULC S104, UL10(c) and UL10(b) to make sure our steel fire exit doors are quality guaranteed. By the way, our steel fire exit doors withstand against fire for up to 2 hours. 

Zowor steel fire exit doors are all custom made to suit popular existing structural openings all around the global market, all of them are drawed in CAD system, manufactured with CNC punching and pressing machines and powder coated in most up to date powder spraying line imported from Germany. Thus Zowor steel fire exit doors earn guaranteed quality and long service life.

Fire Exit Door Frames

Frames matching Zowor steel fire exit doors are manufactured from 1.2mm Zintec steel, bent to form a single or double rebatte profile. Reinfrocement with 3.0mm galvanized steel are located at hinges, closers and locks. Framen depth is normally 120mm and throat opening 98mm. Customization is available.  

By the way, frames can be welded ones or knock-down ones. 

Fire Exit Door Leaf

Zowor steel fire exit door leafs are made from 1.0mm Zintec steel, double skinned and tray formed to creact a 45mm thickness. Internally the door leaves are filled with a honeycomb core and steel stiffner made from 1.5mm thick galvanized steel. As options the honeycomb paper can be replace with fireproof perlite board. 

Finish

Zowor steel fire exit doors can come in a bare metal finish, primer finish when on-site painting is requested. Otherwise powder coat finish to any color of RAL system or wood grain finish such as oak, walnut, teak etc. are also very popular. 

Overall Maximum Sizes:

Single Door: 1300mm wide by 2500mm high

Double Door: 2500mm wide by 2500mm high

For sizes larger than the above, side and over panels can be used to achieve the required structural opening size

Hardware

Zowor steel fire exit doorsets match normally single point push bar, unequal leaf and double pair doorsets also with a 2 point push bar to the passive leaf. As options we can add any type of locks to this type of doorset. 

As standard it will be fitted with 4 stainless steel ball bearing butt hinges to each leaf; As the leaf deminsion and weight changes, continuous butt hinges may also be available.

Door closers can be fitted to this type of doorset dependent on the door leaf size and weight, As standard there will be one closer for each leaf, for passive leaf of leaf & half or double doorsets closers may also be omitted.

Package

Our steel fire doors are packed specially for overseas transportation.

By default the package will be as following:

• PE paper around doors→2. foam plates around 4 edges and corners→3. foam sheets on perlite cotton between foam plates→4. strong carton
